I believe great design is the forefront of great marketing. They must work together in a symbiotic relationship in order to effectively reach the end goal. Design communicates and strengthens branding, and marketing gives design meaning. My background in learning and implementing design fundamentals is strong in everything I do, and I strive to bind the two worlds together in my work.

As a highly creative and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator at ONEDAYONE Marketing, I have extensive experience achieving marketing goals through a variety of projects and campaigns, all within fast-paced and ever-changing environments. Creativity, organization, and dependability are critical skills that I possess, which I feel are especially important when working in the marketing and design industry.

In 2020, I graduated at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and Design and a minor in Entrepreneurship New Venture Growth. I also had a concentration in marketing and design. I graduated with a 3.78 GPA.

​

From an early age, I taught myself Photoshop and other technical applications to build websites, produce videos, design graphics, retouch photos, and create other artistic materials. I enjoy learning new things and tend to bring my organization and creativity into everything I do.

​

In my free time, I weight lift and spend time with my three boys (orange kitties). I enjoy reading about spirituality as well as practicing meditation and healthy living. I have an identical twin sister who I am very close with. (And yes, we are the Olson twins!) Thanks for taking the time to view my design portfolio.
