I’m Sierra Olson, a Creative Designer specializing

in graphic design, advertising, and user experience.

I design high-impact digital campaigns and interactive ad experiences that blend creativity with performance. I deliver 400+ projects annually across pre-IO and post-IO production, contributing to 26 new business wins in 2025 through strategic, performance-driven mock development. My work spans web, mobile, video, and DOOH formats, including a featured ad in Times Square, and consistently drives measurable results, with campaigns achieving CTRs up to 5% and VCR up to 97%.

I regularly manage high-volume production schedules, absorb expanded verticals during team transitions, and provide creative oversight for junior designers to ensure quality, alignment, and impact at scale.
